Ross’ Remarks: Thanks to Dan Koplowitz for sending this my way. It’s clear the Russia/US relationship is rocky, and increasingly Vladimir Putin looks like an autocrat who just isn’t interested in how he’s perceived beyond Russia’s borders. But, his friendship and evangelism as Steven Seagal as a go-between for both governments is either genius or crazy. Genius… I think.
